Hyphen Law, the specialist property and affairs deputyships services firm, has appointed Robert Hurling as a Court of Protection solicitor based at its offices in London. Admitted as a solicitor in 2007, he has extensive experience as a Court of Protection practitioner providing deputyship services and advising on Personal Injury Trusts.
In his new role, Robert Hurling will be dealing with deputyship and Personal Injury Trust related matters including applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of deputies, statutory wills and gifts and the creation and management of Personal Injury Trusts.
He joins from Hodge Jones & Allen LLP where the majority of his work involved managing the property and financial affairs of clients with high value clinical negligence awards. Prior to his role there, he worked as a solicitor in the property and affairs team at the Official Solicitor's Office, Chancery Lane.
