Arthur Cox Strengthens its Funds Practice in London

London & Dublin 4th February 2015: Arthur Cox, the Dublin based, international law firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of leading funds lawyer Adrian Mulryan as a partner in the law firm.

Based in Arthur Cox's London office, Adrian joins its Asset Management and Investment Funds Group from innovative European ETF provider Source where he had been General Counsel.

Adrian has extensive experience in the development of Europe's fast growing ETF market, having established a number of ETF platforms in Europe including the first active ETFs in Europe and the first China RQFII ETF in Europe. Adrian was also responsible for listing the first UCITS ETFs on SIX and the first Irish exchange-traded precious metal products. Most recently Adrian has worked on the creation of ETF share classes for UCITS and launched a '40 Act ETF in the US, providing him with a unique global perspective on the growth, innovation and distribution of ETFs.
