Based in Växjö, Sweden, Micropower Group boasts around 460 FTEs and recorded revenue of more than SEK 1.5 billion in 2022. Polaris described the partnership as aiming to accelerate growth in Micropower Group.

“We see great potential in Micropower Group, which is a well-run business with vast experience, a high degree of innovation, talented employees and a unique position in an attractive market with good growth opportunities,” said Johan Pernvi, partner at Polaris. “The company already supplies electrification solutions to world-leading industrial companies, most notably within the material handling segment. We look forward to a close collaboration with management and employees to reach new customers with Micropower’s solutions and continue growth in the coming years.”

Lindahl advised Polaris with a team including partners Jan Byström, Fredrik Gillgren and Jan Berg and associates including among others Giulia Ramundo and Madeleine Hallstedt.
